Electricity & Utilities
- The card attached to the keys controls the electricity in the apartment.
- Hot water and hydromassage: Available 24 hours a day, even without the electricity card.
- Refrigerator: Operates continuously, even without the electricity card.

Safety & Security
- The small key provided is for the safety box located inside the wardrobe. Please store your valuables securely.
- No one will enter the apartment unless you notify us and request assistance. Your privacy and safety are our priority.

Air Conditioning
- To use the air conditioning, make sure that the balcony door is fully closed. The air conditioning turns off automatically while the balcony door remains open.
- You can control the air conditioning with the white remote controller available inside the apartment.
Trash & Cleanliness
- If the trash bin inside the apartment becomes full, please dispose of the bag in the larger trash container outside.
- After removing the full bag, please replace it with a new one. Extra trash bags are located in the kitchen cupboard.
