House of Hyperion

A deluxe apartment shaped around warm light, handmade details, marble surfaces and the quiet atmosphere of Pasas Castle, created for guests who want a calm stay close to the centre of Naxos and the beach of Agios Georgios.

The name behind the house

Hyperion, the Titan of heavenly light

In Greek mythology, Hyperion belongs to the first divine generation of the Titans and his name is connected with height, radiance and the movement of light across the sky. He is traditionally presented as the father of Helios, Selene and Eos, and therefore his figure stands between the power of the sun, the calm presence of the moon and the first light of dawn, while the room carries this symbolism through warm tones, reflective surfaces and a sense of luminous calm.

The House of Hyperion follows this idea not as a literal reconstruction of myth, but as an atmosphere of light, rest and quiet elevation, because the guest enters a space where stone, iron, wood and marble are combined with the soft brightness of Naxos and with the more intimate character of a private apartment.
