We want every reservation to be clear and straightforward from the beginning. Below you will find the main booking terms for Pasas Castle, together with the flexible options we may consider for groups, weddings and other special stays.
Standard Payment Policy
100% Prepayment
The full reservation amount is required in advance in order to confirm the booking.
Special Requests
Groups & Events
We are happy to review individual requests for groups, weddings and special occasions.
Payment & Confirmation
- Full prepayment: Pasas Castle applies a 100% prepayment policy for standard reservations.
- A reservation is considered confirmed once the required payment has been completed according to the booking method or platform used.
- Any alternative payment arrangement must be agreed with us in writing before the reservation is confirmed.
Changes & Cancellations
- The cancellation and modification conditions shown for the selected rate or booking channel apply to each reservation.
- If you need to change your dates, please contact us as early as possible so we can check whether an alternative can be offered.
- Any exception or special arrangement is valid only when it has been confirmed by Pasas Castle in writing.
Groups, Weddings & Special Occasions
- Group reservations: If several apartments or rooms are required for the same stay, you are welcome to contact us before booking and request a personalised offer.
- Weddings and celebrations: We are happy to receive enquiries connected with weddings, family celebrations and other organised stays in Naxos.
- Depending on the dates, number of guests, length of stay and overall availability, we may be able to offer a better combined rate than the standard individual booking price.
- Special prices are reviewed individually and are not automatically available for every group or event.

Extra Bed Requests
- In an exceptional or last-minute need, you may ask us whether an additional bed can be provided.
- Where the apartment layout, occupancy limits and availability allow it, we may be able to provide an extra bed without an additional charge.
- An extra bed is never guaranteed automatically and must always be confirmed by us before arrival.
Special Rate Requests
- We can review requests for a more favourable rate when the reservation concerns a group, a wedding, several apartments or another special stay.
- The final offer depends on the travel dates, availability, number of rooms, number of nights and the nature of the request.
- A special quotation becomes valid only after it has been confirmed directly by Pasas Castle.
Before You Book
- Please make sure that the selected apartment, dates and number of guests are correct before completing payment.
- If you have a special requirement, need several apartments, are travelling for a wedding or are uncertain about sleeping arrangements, contact us before booking whenever possible.
- We prefer to review unusual requests in advance so that we can tell you clearly what can be arranged before your reservation is finalised.
